Luke joined Grand Peaks in January, 2004. Previously, Luke worked for Simpson Housing Limited Partnership as Vice President of Development in charge of the disposition of approximately 2,500 units with a total value over $175,000,000. In addition, he handled the development of projects in San Diego and Denver with a total construction cost of over $100,000,000. He was a member of the NMHC Board of Directors from 1999-2003 and is a licensed broker in the State of Colorado. Luke graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1998 with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
