Joining the Grand Peaks DREAM Program allows residents of participating rental communities to automatically accrue a reserve credit of as much as 20% of their monthly rent every month they lease an apartment home from us. This reserve credit becomes as much as 2.5% of the purchase price of a newly constructed single-family home with a participating builder!
