The Picerne Group started construction on a 248-unit apartment community along the Denver Tech Center Parkway in Denver. Delivery is scheduled for spring of next year.
The property will offer up to three-bedroom units set in buildings of two to three stories with tuck-under garages. The complex is on 8.7 acres within the Cherry Creek School District. Homes will offer stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, washer/dryers, ceiling fans and fireplaces. The common amenities will feature a resort-style pool and spa, barbecue grills and a fitness center.
Picerne, a real estate investment firm based in San Juan Capistrano, CA, partnered with Grand Peaks Properties, founded by the property building Simpson family, to develop the project.
“The Simpsons have developed in the Tech Center for over 20 to 30 years,” said Christopher Davis, managing director in Denver for Picerne. “That experience speaks volumes. They’ve owned this land for several years and developed the adjacent property. We share a strong alliance with Grand Peaks Properties; we’re all in the same business and there is a great track record between our two companies.”
Colorado Structures is the general contractor and KTGY Group is the architect.
