HENDRICKS & PARTNERS BROKERS SALE OF TWO MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES
DALLAS  Hendricks & Partners has brokered the sale of Jefferson at Founders Park and Jefferson at Kessler Park, two apartment complexes located at 1409 N. Zang Blvd. and 1520 N. Beckley Ave. in Dallas. Jefferson at Kessler Heights LP and Jefferson at Kessler Park LP sold the properties, which feature a combined 674 units, to Denver-based Grand Peaks Properties. Tom Burns and Tom Warren of Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office negotiated the transaction.
