Pet Policy

Pets are accepted under the following criteria. A dog or cat is considered a pet. Animals such as ferrets, snakes, reptiles, rabbits, and certain birds are not permitted on the community’s premises.

Assistive animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the same criteria.

A veterinarian certificate must be provided verifying the pet’s age, weight, and current vaccinations.

A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed, with a refundable deposit of $500 per pet, and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, due prior to move-in.

A photograph of each pet must be provided. Pets may be interviewed by management for temperament.

A monthly pet fee of $25 per pet will be charged for the term of the lease while the pet(s) occupy the apartment. Pets must be registered and are not allowed to visit the property.

There will be a $250 charge per occurance if pet waste is not disposed of properly.

There are no breed restrictions.
