Ridge at Wheatlands was a ground-up, garden-style development in a high-growth area of southeast Denver. Delivered in 2018, the community offered modern interiors, resort-inspired amenities, and strong connectivity to major employment corridors. Lease-up performance exceeded expectations, enabling a successful sale to an institutional investor in early 2019 at stabilization.
