The Parc at Greenwood Village was a ground-up development in one of the Denver metro’s most affluent and supply-constrained suburbs. Delivered in 2015, the community featured upscale finishes, resort-style amenities, and direct proximity to major corporate campuses and transit. After achieving sustained stabilization and strong rent growth, The Parc was sold in 2021 to an institutional investor.
